We, and I am sure you guys, may have noticed that in front of Burlington on Ambassador are some green signs. These lovely green signs are usually indications of impending construction. We’ve also taken notice in the yellow metal post that have been placed in the parking lot that block motor traffic into the future development. This spot has been tossed around a lot. It has gone through several design changes from 3 parcels, 1 large parcel, and currently 2 medium parcels. One is shown to be retail and the other restaurant. We are still waiting any sign of actual work to start, but looks like it could be soon.
