I am always floored by how fast some of these developments actually get built! I mean, you pass by one week while they’re building, and the next week the place has been open for a month! Lol, seriously though, I find it hard to keep up and the Caffery Plaza addition is no exception. In the photos, you can see that one shot doesn’t have a front wall and the other photo has a front wall. These photos were taken about a week apart, and in my opinion that is pretty fast. If you didn’t know, the first tenant should be Jimmy Johns, but there is room for at least two more. So, stay tuned as more unfolds.
